The best ideas i’ve ever heard on loops & flywheels have come from you Chao!

Love the hard earned gut checks in this piece.

🤯 ok what I'd really like to do is sit down and ask you some questions about this fascinating and informative piece of work.

Thanks Dana! Anytime - like in our next idea gym? Or ask away here!

I might just do that! Thanks for the offer

The depth of your thought process is intriguing, Chao. I loved the common examples. They give a window into your brain.

Haha, thank you, Kathy!

Enjoyed this and particularly the disclosure/discussion of AI use at the end

Thanks, Matt. Still wrestling with how best to use AI - it's an interesting challenge!

…hallucination or not do you think the napkin should be in the smithsonian?…you rponders towards the end had me windering what a flywheel for flywheel creation would look like, also what other signals have value in product expansion and iteration…appreciated the behind the scenes on your process…i feel like more writers should lay out such things…

Yes, Bezos napkin deserves a permanent spot in the Smithsonian! The strategy was laid bare 20 years ago, and they're still without real competition and milking it

…won’t argue with that…sounds inevitable!…

But it wasn't inevitable when the napkin was drafted! Remember Amazon.bomb?

I imagine that others in your line of work will find this extremely valuable Choa, but as a non-tech entrepreneur I learned a lot of about flywheels I didn't know before. It was your practical examples of them that made this so useful to my understanding. Thank you.

Thanks, Rick! Have learnt a lot from you too
